We are revamping our Occupational Health Program and evaluating fitness for duty requirements.
Requesting feedback from you all. The Town does not have an IH, nor are there Hearing Conservation and Respiratory Protection programs in place.
Are you utilizing PT for job specific FCE? How are you validating lifting and walking requirements in your post-offer physicals?
My office is responsible for Public Works, Recreation, Police and Fire/Rescue Departments.
