Same VBMC/Health quest with exception- we test all employees volunteers, agency and appropriate long term contractors.

 

 

Do you conduct color blind/vision testing ?  yes

 

If yes, what populations are tested? All staff nurses, physicians, laboratory staff, electricians, anyone performing POCT-

 

What testing tools do you use? Ichihara

 

How often are they tested? Pre-placement

Good morning group- We have traditionally only vision/color blind tested our employees working with lasers.  More questions are arising in my organization, that I hope you can help me answer.

 

               

 

                Our house wide computerized charting has red and green flag alerts, any thoughts on color blind testing all populations using EMRs?
