We have not but have thought a lot about it. With 5 hospitals and 200 clinics under UCLA Health and a vast array of off- site labs and activities under UCLA campus, not to mention travelers, we do a great deal
by phone and email; even some LTBI prophy with IHN + rifapentine DOT via FaceTime.

Question for the group.
For those with large networks, multi-site campuses, has anyone developed their own “telemed” program for their employees for minor non-work related illnesses?
We are looking at using a Nurse practitioner for this service and the goal is to decrease the ED visits for non-acute illnesses.
If you have developed a program like this, would you mind sharing how you set it up?
