Clarification! QFT testing is required before onboarding at the Palo Alto VA Health Care System hospital and clinics in Califonia.
Other VAs across the country do TB testing differently, but per policy, all VAs should be requiring clearance by 2-step TST or IGRA prior to onboarding.
