Just wondering what others are using for process hazard identification and risk assessment.

Methods of identifying general tasks steps, hazard description, preventative measures, and potentially quantifying risk within a task.

I’m often asked for ways to try and quantify the level of risk, such as by putting a number or percentage on the risk present within a task.

Everyone seems to like this approach, because it shows the level of improvement that any risk mitigation approaches would have.

Thanks,
