Follow TTD days paid over time before and after implementing transitional duty program. Just have to watch layers of years as in any one calendar year multiple past claims years are paying out TTD and on occasion
an old case will be judged by a WC judge to owe back TD large amount so that can make calculations eclipsed for that claim or calendar year. Warner
