We use a small colored stick on the badge away from the swiping stripe.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Designating Employees as Vaccinated for Flu
How does your organization identify that an employee has been vaccinated for influenza? Last year, we ordered plain colored badges that were long enough that they hung below the employee’s identification
badge. We’re considering printed badge holders or stickers to place on the badge for this flu season. Many of our employees swipe their badges through a time clock, and we don’t want to use any method of identification that could impact their badge swipe.
Thank you,
Meredith
