I’m reviewing the VA and color discrimination portion of our post-offer health assessment and the annual health assessment for our incumbants.

Inquiring whether you have different VA requirements, depending upon the job.  For color, I think that the conventional wisdom is to use a functional test  specific to the job.  What is your approach?
