I am new in the Employee Health position.  I am looking for suggestions to improve the 2step TST compliance.  Currently New hires are screened and  the first step test is given with instruction to return following orientation for 2^nd step.  This process does not seem efficient as I am constantly chasing down employees for their 2^nd step! Any help would be appreciated.
