We run monthly delinquency reports from our employee health system ReadySet and send them to the departmental managers.  The reports list all of their employees with outstanding TB testing and immunizations.  Monthly reporting has really helped with our overall compliance rate.

I am new in the Employee Health position.  I am looking for suggestions to improve the 2step TST compliance.  Currently New hires are screened and  the first step test is given with instruction to return following orientation for 2nd step.  This process does not seem efficient as I am constantly chasing down employees for their 2nd step! Any help would be appreciated.
