Our employees have to be evaluated by our Injury Prevention Coordinator and if she feels it is appropriate, then the cost comes out of that departments budget. We use several different types of sit/stand desks,
as one type does not meet all needs which is why an ergonomic evaluation is very beneficial.

We have been providing these desks when an employee had a doctor’s note requesting one. We recently opened it up so that if the line manager wanted to provide for their employees they could do that out of their
own budget.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Sit to Stand Desks
Hello,
We are looking to get sit to stand desks for sedentary employees. If you have implemented the use of sit to stand desks, did you have criteria that you used to decide who was the priority for getting a sit to stand desk?
Thanks,
Jen
