Our hospital and clinics recently transitioned to Epic. In Employee Health, we still use OHM for Employee Health records, but we order labs out of Epic Beaker.
In order to have the labs result to Employee Health instead of their personal medical record, we de-identified the name. It works, but was quite a bit to set up. More ideally, it would have been better to set
up our own server for lab results.

If you have started live with Epic for Employee Health or occupational health offices: Can you please give me your pros and cons? What is working and what is not working?
When I investigated the option 1 ½ years ago, we determined that it was not the right choice for our department due to limited functionality and confidentiality issues. I’m told they have made some improvements.
