Our specimen cups have a rapid specific gravity feature so dilute specimens are identified at the point/time of collection.  Our policy allows for an immediate observed 2nd collection

Subject: [MCOH-EH] Negative Dilute DS Results with Non-DOT Reasonable Suspicion Tests

Good day to everyone.

What are your practices with a Negative Dilute DS Result that was performed for cause or suspicion? We are updating our procedures and I have identified a hole. If it is pre-employment we require a recollection. There is concern with a recollect that we are further separating the time of collection from the time of the documented behaviors/issue.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.
