Hello all,

Our multi-hospital/facility Network Employee Health service (12,00 employees and 4 geographically dispersed  Employee Health departments) is facing the demise of Midas as our software program (our IS department began ‘building’ an Employee Health component in Midas ~ 4 years ago, regrettably, the evolution continues). We had used Respond, and we all know about its’ demise. Our IS and Management are potentially proffering utilizing EPIC for our Employee Health program needs.

Sure would appreciate feedback from you fine folks regarding:

-          Anyone currently using EPIC for Employee Health services

-          Software recommendations from users of programs other than EPIC

Thank you,

It depends on the package you buy. We use EPIC for Occupational Health/Workers Compensation patients, but not for employee health patients. I know that some facilities do use EPIC for employee health, but I am not familiar with what this looks like and what kind of reporting it is capable of.
