I have them standing the whole time as that is the position they will most likely be in while wearing the mask.

What is your practice for respirator fit testing exercises – do you have the employee sitting or standing?  The OSHA standard states that the first 5 postures need to be completed in a standing position but the last (bending over) does not clarify the posture.
