Our facility is doing a comparison in anticipation of purchasing a new Employee Health database. Would you be willing to share information about the database you are using.
What current database are you utilizing?
Enterprise Health
Does it meet your needs? Yes
Does it include an Employee Self Serve Portal for immunizations?
Yes, there is an employee portal as well as a supervisor/manager portal
Does it include a manager Self Serve Portal?
Yes
Does it have scanning capabilities?
Yes, all paperwork includes a barcode which automatically is uploaded into the patient chart and directed to the ordering clinician for review if needed. Much less scanning is needed than with our legacy program Medgate.
Georgia- Does the database interface with GRITS (Georgia Registry)?
It has a peoplesoft integration for our HR feed and from what I was told has several other HR/Registry interface capabilities. I’d recommend asking them.
