Assuming TB questionnaire negative, if 0.35-1.1 we retest as soon as we can and if >= 0.70 we get CXR and consider positive, = LTBI if CXR negative but if <0.70 on retest we consider as if negative.
This is for annual surveillance only not exposures where we use 0.35 cut off.
