In your Employee Health or Occ Med clinics, what is the reporting structure of your front office staff (registration, clerical etc)? Ours previously reported to the office
manager and we changed to have them report to the clinic supervisor (RN). Pros and cons for both, interested in how others are structured. Thanks for your feedback.
