Welcome (back) to MLPNews! 

MLPNews has moved to a new server to improve the reliability of our
communications. While MLPNews went out regularly in January and February 2004,
it came to our attention that not everyone on our list was receiving these
messages. Look for MLPNews bi-weekly (more often for breaking news and important
announcements). 

Your MLP board members have been hard at work this spring on some exciting new
initiatives. Watch this space as we will announce these here in the coming
days.... 

But first, an exciting announcement about the More Light Update  - it's back and
better than ever, coming to you online in PDF format with a new look! See the
beta version of the Winter 2004 issue at

Print copies will be mailed out shortly. Thanks to our new editor Chris Glaser,
and to Erin Swenson, MLP Communications Chair, for all the work they've put into
creating the new Update as well as a new system for printing and distribution!
Their hard work has deepened our appreciation for the decades of dedicated care
Jim Anderson gave to growing this publication into what it is today.
