Common Core 101 
"Common Core 101" is the first webinar in a new series on Implementing the 
Common Core State Standards.  The first webinar will cover the background, 
development, and overall organization of the Common Core State Standards and why 
they have potential to transform American education.  The webinar will cover the 
development of both the English Language Arts and Mathematics standards, and 
provide valuable knowledge on their organization and scope. Join us for an 
interactive, one-hour webinar on Wednesday, December 14 to learn more about what 
the Common Core State Standards will mean for your classroom.   
 
About the presenters...  Jason Willoughby is a director for Action Learning  
Systems and an award-winning educator who coaches educators on school  reform.  
Kelly Smith is vice president for Action Learning Systems and a  leader in 
assessment development who has developed curriculum, and  designed and trained
