Secretary Duncan will hold his second #AskArne Twitter Town Hall on Monday 
(November 14) at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.  Veteran education journalist John 
Merrow will return to moderate the town hall, which will also be broadcast live 
on the Department’s USTREAM channel at 
http://www.ustream.tv/channel/education-department.  Twitter users can submit
