[CASL-L] iCONN banner on State Office Building

Once again, to promote awareness and usage of iCONN, a 60' iCONN banner will be displayed in a high-traffic zone in front of the State Office Building and near the State Capitol during the weeks of April 9 (next week) and May 28.  If you plan to be in Hartford during any of those times, check it out.
