Registration is now open for the 2012 LJ Day of Dialog—a day-long event that
brings together librarians, publishers, vendors, and authors for exciting and
inspiring discussions of issues affecting the book and library world today.

This year's line up includes the ever-popular Editors' Picks panel, as well as
panels on the spy fiction renaissance and a group of first-time genre fiction
authors. Joining us is very special guest Gail Collins, who'll have copies of
her new book, As Texas Goes. Top it all off with a lively discussion of current
technology issues as well as breakfast, lunch, and a closing reception!

MONDAY, JUNE 4TH
9 AM-6 PM | McGRAW-HILL AUDITORIUM
49th & 6th Avenue, New York NY 10020
2012 PANEL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE
Editors' Picks
What books should you be stalking on the BEA floor? Hear Scribner's Nan Graham,
HarperCollins's David Highfill, and editors from other leading publishing houses
as they discuss key titles and trends for fall/winter 2012.

Who's on First? Debut Genre Fiction with Buzz
Hear about the best first fiction in mystery, sci-fi/fantasy, historical
fiction, women's fiction, and more from the authors themselves.

Best Digital Practices
So many ebooks, so few reviews–especially for small-press or self-published
titles–that librarians could promote when big-name titles aren't available. Get
concrete advice from librarians on ebook selection, readers' advisory, and
weeding.

I Spy: The Return of the Espionage Thriller
Who says spy fiction went the way of the Cold War? It's hotter than ever—and
author panelists like Chris Pavone (The Expats) are ready to share their
secrets.

What are you waiting for? Register today. Space is limited!
