I'm in an intermediate elemenatary so these might not be in your library, but our 6th graders love the Hunger Games and want to know what to read next too. I've been recommending the Teen Nutmeg "Matched" (which is a trilogy) or the former teen nutmeg series of "The Uglies." (which has 4 in the series by Westerfeld.) Loved the teen nutmeg "Trash" too! Quick read, full of action, and great for boys!
"Tunnels" has been popular with our boys here...Suzanne Collins also wrote the Gregor series that some of my students are liking too!

I think Rash by Pete Hautman is a great science fiction title for teenage boys.

Dear Colleagues,
I have a 17 year-old boy who turned in Mockinjay this morning and said to me, "Now that I've discovered this reading thing, what else do you have for me?" He ended up choosing Game of Thrones, which is fabulous considering the thickness of the book, but what else would you all recommend for a teenaged boy who loved The Hunger Games series?
Thanks!
