Development Center (EDC). ETLO works with states, districts, virtual schools,
colleges and universities, and other educational organizations to enable them
to build successful online and/or blended learning programs for teachers,

Innovator award for Outstanding Online Program.
Barbara Treacy is a nationally recognized leader in online learning and Director
