[CASL-L] SMART goal?

Would anyone be willing to share their experience with developing a SMART goal? My principal and I will be sitting down to discuss mine soon, and I do not have any sense of how to go about this as an LMS. Plenty of experience as a classroom teacher, but not sure how to tie LMS work in to student achievement, what type of assessment tools to use, or how to implement it.
