NoveList is another resource. Among the search options, it allows you do read alike searches, as well as limit by age and perhaps Lexile. It's an EBSCO subscription. If you upgrade to NoveList K-8 PLUS, it includes recommendations for both fiction and non-fiction titles.

Subject: [CASL-L] book recommendations

I have a teacher who is looking for a website that she used in the past. She is looking for a site that will produce book recommendations based on previously read titles and level. I passed along bookseer.com and whatshouldireadnext.com but these sites don’t categorize by reading level. Any thoughts? Thanks.
