Subject: [aaslforum] survey - good input opportunity

Hello all!
If you would kindly take a moment to fill out this survey, it'll give
researchers a 'heads up' about how much work librarians are doing in the field
of digital citizenship.

This is another - very easy - way to advocate!

thanks,
Connie Williams

PLEASE HELP WITH A SURVEY ON INTERNET SAFETY EDUCATION IN OUR SCHOOLS:
Researchers at the University of New Hampshire’s Crimes Against
Children Research Center (CCRC) are conducting a survey to study Internet safety
education in schools and communities. The survey is part of a grant from the
National Institute of Justice (NIJ). We are looking for respondents who have
helped to organize or offer Internet safety education or awareness programs in
their school or school district this past school year. If you work in a school
or school district that has provided students with Internet safety education, we
would appreciate it if you would complete the survey or forward this email to
someone who is familiar with these efforts. There is an opportunity to at the
end of the survey to provide contact information if you would like to
receive the report or briefs resulting from the study once it is completed.

The short (10-15 minutes), confidential online survey can be accessed here:

You can also contact Dr. Lisa M Jones: lisa.jones at unh.edu at UNH for more
information. To verify or learn more about the CCRC research program,
