[CASL-L] secondary vs primary perspective

Hello all,

I would like to do a lesson looking at a secondary source account of an
historic event along with a primary source of the event in order to
illustrate to the fifth/sixth graders the varying perspectives.  Before I
reinvent the wheel, I thought I'd throw the question out to see if someone
is already using specific documents/sources at this grade level which work
well.

Appreciate the anticipated responses.  
I'd be glad to forward the info on to anyone else interested.
