[CASL-L] Electronic devices circulation - best security system and practices?

Hello Casl:

What circulation procedures and security measures are folks using for
 circulating technology?

We are making available a laptop for circulation in our busy and  large
high school library for any student who needs it.

We would like to know if anyone else is having success with a particular
system of keeping track of devices that they can share.
