I think this is a good idea.
Can your sister share some SLOs that worked for her, as a start/

I am an elementary school k-6 media specialist and I am part of the first group of teachers to be evaluated in the new system this year. They are using the same eval for me as they use with classroom teachers, no modification for my "specialty".

I have talked to my sister who is an lms in RI and has been on his type of eval for a couple years and she was saying that some of her SLOs "worked" (were more measurable) than others. Is there a forum for librarians to share SLO ideas....what worked, what didn't? We maybe should not all be inventing our own wheels. We can pick out our tire rims though :-). If there is not already a forum...can we create one? Is anyone else interested? Or even if people just send me their SLO ideas or experiences with an SLO, I can compile and send out a list. My feelings are not hurt if you think this is a bad idea. Thank you all very much.
