Hi Tracy,
I checked with a friend at South Windsor Public Library. Here is her answer.
Hope it helps
Jean
"Our cleaner is made by Eco-Smart. Dona likes the job it does, but says there is a more advanced model she would rather have. Ours requires each of the 3 cleaners to be put in manually, one after each step of the process. The newer/better models have all 3 cleaners embedded in the machine and do not require the number of steps ours requires."

Subject: [CASL-L] Disk Repair Machine
Dear Colleagues,
I’m considering buying a disk repair machine for DVDs/CDs. Can anyone recommend a particular brand? Do they actually work? Any advice would be appreciated!
Sincerely,
