Janet,
To make it easier to track individual scores, I put the teachers class
lists in a spreadsheet
- student name
- student code
- student's science teacher
- class period student has science teacher
When I get the TRAILS results I can sport the spreadsheet by code, and
transfer their scores directly to the same sheet. That's what allows me to
sort the data by teacher, by classroom, by student, etc. When I get
results at the end of the year, I can add the post test scores and compare
the individual student improvement as well as class or teacher score
improvement.
Does that make sense?
