With the upcoming AASL National Conference coming to Hartford, the ALA
Media Relations staff is working on putting together an op-ed article
promoting the value of school libraries. The op-ed will be submitted to
the Hartford Courant, which will hopefully run the article the week of
the conference.
Macey Morales of the ALA Media Relations Office is looking for
information about the Hartford public school libraries. If anyone works
in Hartford, or knows someone who does, please contact her at
mmorales at ala.org or call her at 312 280-4393.
