The universal service Schools and Libraries Program, commonly known as the E-rate Program, helps ensure that schools and libraries can obtain telecommunications and Internet access at affordable rates. The program, which is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company, provides discounts on these services and some hardware.

E-rate rules are changing and becoming EASIER. If your library participates in E-rate or would like to, please consider registering for USAC's new round of webinars listed below. As noted near the end of the message, the recorded webinars will be available afterward.
