You can't record your own audiobooks. Unless they are in the public
domain, the publisher or author holds the rights to creating audio versions
of the texts. I don't know who created the YouTube channel you linked to
or what authority they have - but my suspicion is that it is not a legal
source of audio books. It requires more investigation to be sure.
Convincing teachers of that is a whole other story.
