[CASL-L] Responses to cart and lab scheduling question

With 18 relies so far to my what do you use to organize your library and
computer lab and carts question here are the results so far

google calender 3
google doc or spreadsheet 7
outlook4
other scheduling software 3

Many librarians also take the extra step of controlling access to the
schedule.  In other words staff can view the calender but cannot modify it
on their own and must email staff to get put on it.

Some use google forms in combination with a google doc or spreadsheet for
teachers to fill out initially or as a interface for the schedule.

Thanks a bunch for the replies especially Joleen Pillars of the Gilbert
School which I found really helpful.
Any additional thought or ideas would be welcome.
