[CASL-L] Close Reading Lesson Plans

Today was the TeachFest and it was great to chat with several media
specialists who participated in this event.

Today, the DOE posted the Close Reading Plans that were created by the team
of CT teachers who worked on them all spring after attending the Teach Fest
in the spring.

Take a look at the link and explore the lessons.  You will find it helpful
to see the "text complexity analysis", the text dependent questions that
staircase to the big takeway, and also the CCSS addressed for each lesson
and how an objective was composed based upon the standards and TDQ.
