Yes and Yes.  Our current freshmen have 1:1 Chromebooks with the rest of the school joining in next year.  We have a batch on carts from elementary schools that are slated for next year's seniors, juniors, and sophomores.  The elementary schools will get brand new ones (still on carts to share).
