[CASL-L] weeded books

Better World Books <http://www.betterworldbooks.com/go/donation-library>
takes weeded books also. The last time I checked, they have a couple of
different processes - one is registering pre-approved titles one-by-one for
a portion of sales price (plus a donation to a literacy organization of
your choice) when they sell and the other is by weight - I'm not sure if
they'll pay anything by the batch weight option.
