COLLECT INDIVIDUAL VOTES AT YOUR SCHOOL/LIBRARY USING EITHER PRINTED BALLOTS OR A GOOGLE FORM

Option 1. Printable ballots (to collect individual votes at your school/library):

2015 BALLOTS FOR ELEMENTARY & HIGH SCHOOL VOTING http://www.nutmegaward.org/print/2015/HS_ElemBallot3.pdf

2015 BALLOTS FOR INTERMEDIATE & TEEN VOTING http://www.nutmegaward.org/print/2015/IntTeenBallots2015.pdf

Option 2. Google Forms (to collect individual votes at your school/library):

You can have students vote online for your school tally using Google Forms. Please note that this does not submit the vote directly to the state. You still need to use the survey monkey link to submit your students' votes.

You'll need to use Google Drive to open the form you want to use then make a copy of the form so you have access to the results.

Here's how:

*         Log into Google

* Click on one of the links below

* Go to your Google Drive. The Google Form spreadsheet for voting should be listed as one of your files.

* Right click on the image of the form, then choose the option to Make a Copy.

* You should now have 2 new files that says 'Copy of 2014 Teen (or Intermediate or High School) Nutmeg Voting' and one that says 'Copy of 2014 Teen (or Intermediate or High School) Nutmeg Voting (Responses)'

* You are now the owners of these copied files and you can rename, personalize for your library, and view the results.
