Good afternoon!

Since my library is being renovated over the summer, I am highly considering "ditching Dewey" and "Genre-fying" my space this fall.

Any feedback/advice from those who have taken the leap appreciated!

Subject: Re: [CASL-L] Recommendation for databases

I am at a middle school looking at ABC-Clio's Issues database. Are the databases you are mentioning ok for 8th grade also? Does anyone have experience with Cavendish? I thought for $159 each I could pick and choose a couple. We are also very price sensitive.
Thanks,

Hi all,
If you could purchase just one database, which one would it be? I am the librarian at Plainfield High School and I am researching databases to purchase for next year. I have looked at a few of your websites to see what databases you are linked to. I am looking at Infobase Learning, ABC-CLIO, and Gale Cengage. We currently have ICONN, Grolier, and Gale Virtual Reference Library.

Thanks,
