On Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 10:00 PM EDT, ProQuest will be performing critical maintenance to correct a load balancer error. The window is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM EDT and will last for two (2) hours.

The customer impact caused by this issue has been minimal, but we feel it’s important to use this window to correct it before it becomes more widespread. We apologize for this inconvenience and our technology teams are taking steps to prevent this from happening again.
