[CASL-L] leveled ebooks

Our special education department wants to have ebook options for
independent reading time for struggling readers so that they could have the
audio support needed.  Can you recommend any sites that are leveled books
with audio for elementary level.

Looking especially for a site that may allow you to create a classroom so
you could bookbag books for specific students.
