[CASL-L] question if you teach info tech

We have a loose curriculum (I don't teach) for Information Technology 2. It includes Excel but not much else specifically. The textbook is 8 years old. Can you share curriculum if you teach it?
I'm sharing all the great tools for creating presentations, infographics, videos, etc they could teach.
