[CASL-L] Nutmeg Voting

This is my first year in the library. We have grades 5-8 and many have read
books off both the Intermediate and Teen list.  I read that students should
vote only once, but wondering why they can't vote in more than one category
if they've read books in both? My understanding is that there are winners
at each level.
