[CASL-L] School Librarians potentially eligible for additional state benefits?

Yes! I am buying a house right now. After talking to my lender, we
discovered that FHA was actually the more affordable option over the
teachers' mortgage assistance program. Go figure! The loan forgiveness is
extremely specific as to who is eligible, because I looked into that too. I
believe you have to be working in a low-income district, and there are some
other factors. Be sure to read the fine print!

Hope this helps,
