Hello Everyone,

Sorry for the delay. I want to second everything that Valerie said in her
email. I, too, had Alex London visit my high school and it was the most
amazing experience. I could go on and on, but here is what I loved about
him:

1. He's HILARIOUS and relates well to kids of all ages. Students were
totally engaged during his presentations and it was a pleasure watching him
chat with them at our author/student lunch.

2. He's versatile: He tailored one presentation for our history classes
which focused on his nonfiction title *One Day the Soldiers Came*, one
presentation with a fiction focus for our English classes and he ran two
excellent writing workshops.

3. He is passionate and he makes a point of reaching out to kids-- he
noticed certain kids who needed some extra attention-- he made sure to
spend extra time with certain students and he left a few signed copies of
his books for them.

I promise you will love him as much as we did! Feel free to call/email with
questions. See some event pics below.

Best,

Monica
