In Colchester we are using Barb Stripling’s model…

But have used the saying/acronym:

“Research makes you WISER!”

*W*onder

*I*nvestigate

*S*ynthesize (construct)

*E*xpress

*R*eflect

Working great, district wide!!

I also came up with a K-5 friendly CRAAP method, called JUNK

*J**ust experts as authors*
*U**ses accurate information*
*N**ewly updated (10 years)*
*K**eeps to the facts (bias)*

*Subject:* [CASL-L] Research model?

Our district is looking at K-12 research models. Is there one you love?
Would you be able to share it, and share what you love about it? Here is my
favorite

to date, but we are looking to A) improve it, and B) find an
elementary-friendly variation.

Thanks!
