[CASL-L] Looking for data on HS library usage

Library is open to all students with study halls every period. Students
need a pass signed by the library personnel or academic teacher for
approval, then a study hall teacher to actually leave their study hall to
come visit. Basically, they come into the library in the morning to get us
to sign off on them coming to visit (we stamp the pass). Then during the
day they go to study and get dismissed with the study hall teacher
signature on the pass and time dismissed. If we have behavioral problems we
hold the right to deny them access as discipline. It works well but we are
a school of 400 students.
